Dr. Sarita Uhr is a life coach in San Diego, California.
She is a Stanford-trained psychiatrist who had a busy practice for thirty years in Dallas, Texas before she retired from practicing psychiatry in 2016 to concentrate on being a life coach.
She has had extensive experience helping people change.
Her experiences set her apart from many life coaches in that she understands the role of anxiety, depression and low confidence on a person’s ability to tolerate change.
Her practice consisted of high profile individuals including doctors, lawyers, highly successful business men, and professional athletes.

Dr. Uhr graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
She attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she later served as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry.
She completed her psychiatry training and a fellowship in psychopharmacology at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California.
